Mrs. G (across the street) has been telling me about two squirrels that are living in her tree in her backyard. The tree has this perfect hole way up high that makes for a great home. Last year, about this time, a squirrel made that hole it's home and we enjoyed going over there and seeing it. Anyway, she called me the other day and said we need to come look - that the two squirrels were sticking their heads out. Sure enough, when we got there they ducked back in. I was able to use my zoom lens and get just a little snap of one peeking out. I'm determined to get a better shot one of these days!

I love "squirs"... and you know I break for them!! Love the top pic...reminds me of the one we took together in your front yard (we didn't know who was who)!
Are you sure it's not a raccoon? Sure looks like one from the little I see. But you would know.
