Ry & his friends have been talking up a flag football game they were trying to make happen. So, Ry's friend calls my cell phone the other day... "Ms. Kelli, when can we have that flag football game?..." It was soooo on after that sweet lil' call. BT & I met that friend & his dad up at a nearby park... Ry made some calls to a couple of more guys who live around here and we had us a flag football game. Kids vs. adults... it was so fun! So, if you ever need a gift for an eight year old boy... get him a flag football set. :) Wish I had taken pics!
I'm "helping" coach Lex's team even though I never played soccer. Here's a pic of her friend that doesn't like it when people take the ball from her... it's pretty cute. :)
Lex begged Mimi to pick her up from school. One of her favorite things (really, both kids love it) is "cookin something with Mimi." Here is what they cooked up in the kitchen the day she picked her up. It was a recipe they got from a cute lil' kids cookbook. Thanks Mimi!
