Fall Feelings

HAPPY FALL! I've been waiting to say that. I know it doesn't exactly feel like Fall (except for at 6:30 in the morning), but it just means everything's around the corner. You know... like the pumpkins, the cool air, the leaves changing colors, the long sleeves etc... everything I've been anticipating. Frankie is still alive and I have to admit she's really cute if you look at her upclose. :) The kids are obsessed.

If you are the type that actually "stops and smells the roses" then I believe that you are more than likely a person who has hummingbird feeders. :) I personally don't have one, but have seen them "fight" for a space on those feeders. It's so cool. Anyway, being the nature lover that I am... a friend of mine who shares the same love sent me some pics of a little fellow that was giving them a visit the other day. Check it out. She says that he is a Leucistic Hummingbird. Maybe he came out b/c he's excited about Fall too!
