Wacky Weekend

We were so happy to have Emma spend the night with us this past weekend!!! It was full of adventure and we hardly sat down on Friday. I think the first time we sat down on Friday was at the movie The Game Plan (with "The Rock") that night. I highly recommend it! Saturday, of course, consisted of a couple of soccer games - which were great! We followed that up with our annual trip to The Pumpkin Patch with The Wilson Family. Now, this is Texas, so when I say pumpkin patch.. I'm talking about "chickens everywhere, pigs & goats to feed, and a hayride to pick your own pumpkin off the vine" patch. How many of ya'll have done that? It's such a fun place... the kids feel so free to roam and are all excited to be there and it's just plain fun. How could God give us a big bright orange round thing that makes everyone so excited? This picture says it all.

Today we had a lunch for Grammy to celebrate her birthday she had earlier in the week! The kids had a blast!


We are all tired from a wonderfully wacky weekend!!
